This is one of San Diego's original neighborhoods. Point Loma offers fabulous city, bay and ocean views. The Rosecrans National Cemetery and Cabrillo National Monument at the tip of the point celebrate both those who have fallen in defense of our country and the birth of the city of San Diego. Neighborhoods range from a variety of single-family homes to elegant Spanish-style mansions. The San Diego Yacht Club has a rich tradition of training young sailors (including Dennis Conner, an America's Cup winner) and Point Loma Nazarene College educates thousands of young students each year from its ocean view campus.
